Code of Conduct
The following represents the standard Code of Conduct governing all SEA-PAH spaces: physical, digital and otherwise. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action by the Board of Directors of SEA-PAH.
- Consent is everything
- Ask before you touch people
- Ask before you touch others belongings
- Be Respectful to each other
- Racist, Transphobic, Sexist, Homophobic, Heterophobic, Bi-phobic, Body and Kink Shaming, etc: jokes, comments, and insults will not be tolerated
- Bullying and Harassment will not be tolerated
- Step away from someone if you are asked to do so
- The use of illegal recreational substances is strictly prohibited
- Violence, of any kind, will not be tolerated
- Excluding consensual engagement in BDSM activities.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate action. Action may include immediate expulsion from the space, without refund (where applicable). Further disciplinary action may be taken at the discretion of the SEA-PAH Board of Directors. The process by which further action may be taken against a Member of SEA-PAH is governed by the SEA-PAH Bylaws Article X.
When a member safety concern is brought to the Board of Directors, we may temporarily suspend a member from attending events that would create a situation where other members are uncomfortable. If through further investigation the concern is unsubstantiated, we may re-instate the member's ability to attend events.
