Policy on Officer Discretionary Spending

Officers of the board possessing a debit card issued by our bank are granted a discretionary spending limit of $150 per instance for purchases directly related to the operational needs of the organization. No prior board approval is required for these expenditures. However, all receipts must be promptly submitted to the Treasurer for record-keeping and verification that the items are indeed essential for organizational operations.
